Creekside

The Creekside Development continues to make important contributions to the sustainable growth of Parkville, creating significant opportunity for the city now and in the future. The project includes residential, mixed-use residential, commercial and industrial developments on nearly 300 acres of desirable land at the intersection of Interstate 435 and Missouri Highway 45. Currently, there is $200 million worth of investment currently in place as the development continues to build out and benefit Parkville, surrounding communities and nearly a million annual visitors.

The Creekside Development project is committed to moving Parkville on a positive path forward for generations to come. The development is founded on a smart, thoughtful and comprehensive vision and helps fulfill the city’s Master Plan.
